You can upload almost any image! For best results, we recommend clear, high-resolution photos with a single, well-defined subject (like a pet's face, a person's head, or an object). Avoid blurry images or photos with busy backgrounds.
Our proprietary AI algorithm analyzes the contours, depth, and features of your uploaded 2D image. It then intelligently reconstructs this information into a 3D mesh, optimizing it for 3D printing. You'll get to review and approve the 3D model before we print it!
Our pendants are primarily 3D printed using durable, high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid) plastic, which is biodegradable and renewable. We offer a range of colors including classic black, white, silver, gold, and several vibrant options. Specific material and color choices will be available on the customization page.
Typically, the AI 3D model generation takes only a few minutes after upload. Once you approve the model and place your order, 3D printing and finishing takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen delivery service and location, usually ranging from 3-7 business days.
Customer satisfaction is our priority! Because each pendant is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for approved designs unless there is a manufacturing defect. However, you have the opportunity to review and approve your 3D model before printing begins. If you're not satisfied with the 3D model, you can request adjustments or cancel your order at that stage. Please see our full refund policy for details.
